After two training workshops with the Curt Gault's chemistry class, the water quality lab is officially up and running at Pacific High School again for the schoolyear. The kids and new volunteers are excited to be participating in sampling from our usual locations at Hubbard Creek, Battle Rock, Port Dock, Garrison Lake outfall. The program is in partnership with Port Orford Ocean Resoucre Team through our collaborative effort on the community Stewardhip Area. Volunteer packets, coolers, sampling containers, and instructions are now available for pick up at the POORT office.
