Volunteers gathered to help Surfriders install 2 fire pits at Bastendorff Beach last Saturday. The Press (Oregon Coast Digest, The World, and KCBY), representatives from the BLM, and interested beach goers joined in the installation and celebration! We made the news!

Thanks also to Tim Hyatt for driving the "dozer" - helping us to smooth the location sites, and schlepping the fire pit pieces!
